Our mission is to reduce plastic pollution in Ethiopia by collecting and recycling waste plastic bottles and transforming them into useful materials for 3D printing and sustainable product development.

Instead of allowing these materials to damage the environment, we recover and process them into reusable raw materials that support local manufacturing and digital fabrication technologies.

Our recycling process focuses on converting post-consumer plastic bottles into high-quality recycled plastic materials suitable for 3D printing applications. What We Do

Plastic Waste Collection

Plastic Sorting & Processing

Collected plastics are carefully sorted based on material type and quality. The bottles are then cleaned, dried, and processed to remove contaminants before recycling. This step helps ensure consistent and reliable material quality.

Shredding & Material Preparation

The processed plastic is shredded into small reusable flakes and prepared for manufacturing applications. These recycled materials can then be transformed into filament and other useful production materials.

Recycled 3D Printing Filament Production

We convert recycled plastic into eco-friendly 3D printing filament that can be used for prototyping, educational projects, engineering applications, product development, and creative manufacturing. This allows waste materials to become part of innovative new products and solutions.
