How it works
- Send us your file — STL or similar. Don’t have one? We can model it for you as a separate service.
- We confirm details — material, quantity, and price, based on weight and complexity.
- Printing and quality check — every part is inspected before it leaves our makerspace.
- Pickup or delivery — collect from our Addis Ababa location or arrange delivery.
Minimum order: 100g · Pricing: from Birr 21/gram depending on material (price excludes VAT and applicable taxes)
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a 3D file to order? No — if you don’t have one, we can model your part for you through our 3D Modeling service, then print it.
How long does an order take? Turnaround depends on part size and current queue, but most standard orders are ready within a few days. We’ll confirm a timeline when you order.
Can I see the print before it’s finished? For larger or more complex orders, we’re happy to share progress photos on request.
